Florence s. Edwards, DDS

Producer

Flo is the creator and host of In the Pocket, conversations with BIPoC Mainers.

In The Pocket is a talk show showcasing Mainers of color. Each episode represents a member of the Maine community from business, the arts, or culture; the earth, wind, and fire of life. Embracing and exploring the lived experience of the black diaspora and descendants of American slavery through conversation is our foundation. Our mission is to create space for all people of color, documented, celebrated, and shared.

In her spare time Flo is a bit of an outdoor enthusiast. She is an avid road and trail race runner, enjoys snow shoeing on forest trails, camps every summer in Maine's state parks, and goes kayaking with her wife along the rivers and coasts of Maine.
